Ingredients

  • 5boneless country pork ribs
  • 3/4 cupmojo crillo marinade
  • 1/2 cuprecaita cooking paste
  • 1 tspground coriander
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspdried minced onions
  • 1 tsponion powder
  • 1pinch kosher salt and white pepper
  • 1vegetable oil; as needed

    Marinate pork ribs in mojo crillo for 4-48 hours

  2. 2

    Pat dry. Cover pork ribs with enough oil to coat. Season.

  3. 3

    Bake at 300° for approximately 25 minutes or until pork reaches desired doneness. Do not overcook.
