  • 1/2 kgpumpkin
  • 1 teaspooncooking oil
  • Salt
  • Maziwa mala
  • 1 teaspoonblueband
  • Some water
  • Onion
  • Sugar(1teaspoon)

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Cook pumpkin using onion, salt and cooking oil

  2. 2

    When ready put in a blender then add Blueband, sugar, maziwa mala and water then blend until smoothie

  3. 3

    Serve when ready
