Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings
This lemon pepper recipe was very easy. I played around til I found the yummiest one. They are big hits at parties or just sitting down to dinner.
Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 400°
- 2
Cut chicken wing into. I save the tips for a broth later.
- 3
Drizzle olive oil over chicken. Make sure you coat it well.
- 4
Add lemon pepper seasoning, onion powder and garlic powder. Mix well, until chicken is well coated.
- 5
Squeeze lemon and save juice in a bowl. Save other half you might need little more. Add to melted butter. Add slowly and mix cause you don't want the lemin juice to over power the butter. They should blend nicely. I always taste after I add it together. If I need more butter or lemon add as I need it.
- 6
Line your pan with aluminum foil. Spray with pam. Makes for easy clean up. Place chicken wings on pan. Bake for 40 minutes or til almost done, pull chicken out and put back in bowl and pour lemon butter all over. Make sure you coat well. Place back into the oven for 5 minutes.
- 7
Let sit for 5 minutes and then enjoy.
