  2. 1salt
  3. 1course black pepper
  4. 1 cupyellow cornmeal
  5. 1/2 cupandys cornmeal
  6. 1 cupolive oil
  7. 4large russett potatoes
  8. 1medium yellow onion
  9. 2 cupolive oil

  1. 1

    In a bowl chop the onions and,potatoes, season with salt an pepper.; season the fish set aside.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in skillet, add fish to one and, potatoes in another ; cook till golden brown, take out add to a bowl or plate with a paper towel
