Ingredients

  • 4roma tomatoes
  • 1diced jalapeno
  • 1 bunchchopped cilantro
  • 1/2diced onion
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspgarlic salt
  • 1/2 tspchili powder
  • 4 cupwashed & drained hominey
  • 2 tbsplime juiced
  • 2 tsptajin fruit seasoning
  • 1/3 cupwater

  1. 1

    wash & drain hominey. chop all ingredients add to hominey, & add water. Squeeze in lime juice add seasonings to taste.

    you can also add in diced avocado.
