1diced jalapeno
1 bunchchopped cilantro
1/2diced onion
1 tspsalt
1 tbspgarlic salt
1/2 tspchili powder
4 cupwashed & drained hominey
2 tbsplime juiced
2 tsptajin fruit seasoning
1/3 cupwater

wash & drain hominey. chop all ingredients add to hominey, & add water. Squeeze in lime juice add seasonings to taste.
