Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupred wine ( I use merlot. lighter, fruitier wine)
  2. 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  3. 1/4 cupworchester sauce
  4. 1/4 cupolive oil
  5. 1/2 tspFranks hot sauce (optional)
  6. 4 cloveof minced garlic
  7. 1ground black pepper to taste
  8. 1 tbspcrushed parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    can grill or broil with this marinade! :)

  2. 2

    whisk together all ingredients in glass bowl. add any type of steak and marinate 4-6 hours or longer. .. Enjoy!!
