Ingredients

1/2 cupred wine ( I use merlot. lighter, fruitier wine)
1/4 cupsoy sauce
1/4 cupworchester sauce
1/4 cupolive oil
1/2 tspFranks hot sauce (optional)
4 cloveof minced garlic
1ground black pepper to taste
1 tbspcrushed parsley

can grill or broil with this marinade! :)

whisk together all ingredients in glass bowl. add any type of steak and marinate 4-6 hours or longer. .. Enjoy!!
