Ingredients: 1/2 cup red wine ( I use merlot. lighter, fruitier wine); 1/4 cup soy sauce; 1/4 cup worchester sauce; 1/4 cup olive oil; 1/2 tsp Franks hot sauce (optional); 4 clove of minced garlic; 1 ground black pepper to taste; 1 tbsp crushed parsley

can grill or broil with this marinade! :)

whisk together all ingredients in glass bowl. add any type of steak and marinate 4-6 hours or longer. .. Enjoy!!
