Ingredients

  1. 2chicken breast(rotisserie) chopped up
  2. 1 stickunsalted butter
  3. 1 smalljalapeno(seeded & diced)
  4. 1/2red bell pepper(seeded and diced)
  5. 1 smallbushell mushrooms(your choice)
  6. 1 mediumshallot(diced)
  7. 1 cupheavy cream
  8. 1/2 cupregular milk or half & half
  9. 4 ozcream cheese(softened and room temp)
  10. 1/4 cupchicken broth
  11. 1 tspblack pepper
  12. 1 tspcajun seasoning
  13. 1 tsppaprika
  14. 1/2 tspitalian seasoning
  15. 1 tspgarlic powder
  16. 8 ozpasta(cooked)
  17. 1/4 cupparmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Melt butter in pot, and saute veggies.

    Add milk, broth, cream and cream cheese to pot with sauteed vegetables.

  3. 3

    Add all spices to mixture. Simmer on low 15-20 minutes, stirring so mixture will not burn and all ingredients are well combined.

    Add in chicken and cooked pasta. Stir till all noodles are evenly coated.

    Stir in parmesan cheese and serve with chopped green onions sprinkled on top.
