Ingredients

  • 2 mediumcucumbers (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 mediumonion sliced thin
  • 1 cupwhite distilled vinegar
  • 1 cupcold water
  • 4 tbspsplenda sweeter
  • 1 tspcelery seeds
  • 1 tspsalt

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Put the cucumber and onions in a container sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Add ice water to cover and let stand for 30 mins.then drain.

  2. 2

    Mix remaining ingredients put in a quart container. Add cucumbers and onions and add to the brine.cover tight and refrigerate for 3 hours.
