Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2 tbspcoleslaw
  2. 1 mediumonion, sliced
  3. 1 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  4. olives
  5. 1 slicelime
  6. 1 tspsugar
  7. 4cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  8. pinchsalt
  9. 2 slicebread
  10. 1 tspworcestershire sauce
  11. your favourite cheese

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    In a frying pan, add oil, onions and lime slice. Fry for 2-3 minutes or until onions have softened.

  2. 2

    Remove lime, then add in the sugar, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Fry softly for a 2 more minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the cherry tomatoes. And fry again for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat when done.

    On a slice of bread spread the coleslaw.

  5. 5

    Chop the olives and add onto the coleslaw.

  6. 6

    Next spread on the onions.

  7. 7

    Add on the cheese (either grated or sliced).

  8. 8

    Cut in half and serve immediately.
