Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cupSooji / semolina
  2. 1/2 cupCurd
  3. 1 medium sizedOnion (finely chopped)
  4. 1 medium sizedTomato (finely chopped)
  5. 1/4cupCoriander leaves
  6. 1Green chilli (finely chopped)
  7. 2 spoonOil
  8. 1/4 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  9. 1/4 teaspoonBaking soda
  10. to tasteSalt salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add semolina, curd, onion, green chilli, red chilli powder, salt, tomato, coriander leaves and 2_3spoon water to make semi thick batter... And keep it aside for 30min..

  2. 2

    After 30min add baking soda mix it well..

  3. 3

    Take a pan add oil then make round flatten chilli from the batter and fry till it golden brown and crunchy

  4. 4

    Sooji chilla is ready to serve serve it with tomato sauce...
