Ingredients

  • 1 cupboiled pasta
  • 1 cupblanched vegetable
  • 1Sliced Onion
  • 2 spoonchopped garlic
  • 1 cupcheese
  • 5-6 spoonsMayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper as requested
  • 1 spoonItalian seasoning
  • 50 gmsbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the pasta by adding salt and 2 spoon cooking oil.

  2. 2

    Rinse the pasta with cold water.. Keep a side

  3. 3

    Into the hot nonstick pan. Add butter.

  4. 4

    Sautee Sliced onion and garlic together.

  5. 5

    Add some green chilli if need. According to taste.

  6. 6

    Add blanched vegetable. Sautee for 2 minutes.

  7. 7

    Add seasoning and Mayonnaise.

  8. 8

    Mix well.

  9. 9

    Add boiled pasta. And cheese

  10. 10

    Mix again. Serve with more cheese on the top
