Ingredients

  • 1/4 litremilk or curd
  • 4-5 tsp sugar
  • 1Cadbury chocolate
  • Chopped fruits papaya, pomegranate
  • 2 saffron strands dipped in two tsp milk
  • 2 cardamom (powder)

Steps

  1. 1

    Make curd. Tie the curd in a thin cotton napkin or kerchief & hang it until it becomes thick then transfer it to one bowl. Melt chocolate in oven or in a pan & add to hung curd add chopped fruits and saffron with milk & add cardamom powder and add sugar.

    Mix it well and keep in refrigerator for two hours then serve shrikand. We have it with puri. & Have like dessert too.
