For rabri :- Boil milk in the pan

Add chopped dried fruits into it

Add cardamom powder into it

When it thickens add saffron (mixed in warm milk 1tsp)

Now keep it aside

For rasmalai :- Boil milk in the pan and add 2 tsp lemon juice in it

When curdles, strain it.

Now take a muslin cloth and tie it tightly and hang it for half an hour

After half an hour...using your palm knead it for 10 minutes till it becomes soft

Make balls of the paneer and flatten it

Take a pressure cooker and add sugar and water

When sugar starts melting add flaten balls into it.

Cover the lid and give 3-4 whistles.

After opening...add these rasmalais into the rabri and keep in fridge for cooling

Serve chillled
