1/2 cupvegetable oil
1 tspvanilla extract
1 tspsalt
3/4 cupsugar
2 tspground cinnamon
1/4 cupchopped walnuts
2medium grated carrots
1medium grated apple
1 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
1 tspbaking powder
1 tspbaking soda

Pre-heat oven

In a bowl, grate the carrots and apple

Mix flour, baking soda, baking powerd, sugar, salt,cinnamon and walnuts

Add the eggs, oil, milk,vanilla extract

Add the carrots and apple

Spoon equal amount into the muffin tray
7

Bake for 20-30 min
