  4. 1 tspvanilla extract
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 3/4 cupsugar
  7. 2 tspground cinnamon
  8. 1/4 cupchopped walnuts
  9. 2medium grated carrots
  10. 1medium grated apple
  11. 1 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  12. 1 tspbaking powder
  13. 1 tspbaking soda

    Pre-heat oven

    In a bowl, grate the carrots and apple

    Mix flour, baking soda, baking powerd, sugar, salt,cinnamon and walnuts

    Add the eggs, oil, milk,vanilla extract

    Spoon equal amount into the muffin tray

    Bake for 20-30 min
