Heat oil in wok on medium high heat.

Put in garlic and stir until golden grown.

If using shrimp, add to pan and stir until just turned evenly pink. Remove and set aside.

Stir-fry mushrooms for ~1 min.

Add sugar peas & stir-fry until bright green (~1 min)

Add salt & pepper to tasted. Add sauce & bouillon if desired.

Add cashews, shrimp, and stir.

Reduce heat to medium.

Add cornstarch and stir to cook.

Serve immediately.
