  • 2 stick (113 g)each or 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 3/4 cuppowdered sugar (sifted)
  • 2 cupall-purpose flour (sifted)
  • strawberry preserves

  1. 1

    Cream butter and vanilla extract until fluffy.

  2. 2

    Add powder sugar and mix until well combined.

  3. 3

    Add the flour cup by cup until combined.

  4. 4

    Refrigerate for 15 min. Then make little balls of dough and press on the center with the thumb, put a little bit of strawberry preserves. Bake for 12-14 min at 350° (on the highest rack).
