I love ❤ cooking! I hate the dishes tho(; .. Southern-home cooking is my favorite! My favorite cuisines to eat are Mexican, Thai, Japanese, and Chinese. You can never go wrong with Italian either! I rarely measure anything. I just throw it into a bowl, mix, and go! Butter is a very important main-ingredient. Remember that!I am married. My husband's name is Jacob. We have a mountain lion, ahem… I mean large tabby cat 😽 who is a large fatty named Charles. A long-haired tuxedo cat 😽 who thinks she is queen of the world 🌎, named Rita. We also have a delightful french bulldog of which we call our warthog for all of her snorty- replies, named Patty. They get to eat 🍴 all leftovers. So they get to enjoy the recipes I try as well! My cats loved the chicken 🍗 salad leftovers!:) My husband is quite the character too! He calls me mrs potato 🍠 head. Hence the potato 🍠 head lady. ~ I live in small-town arkansas and am a Jesus lovin girl! He's number 1 in my life. I hope you enjoy my recipes. Remember, most of everything will be approximate measurements. Toodles for now!
