Ingredients

  • 12 ozall beef hot dogs sliced thinly
  • 1 tbspminced ginger
  • 2 tbspminced garlic
  • 1 1/2 cupcarrots cut like matchsticks
  • 1 1/2 cuponions
  • 1 tspsmoked paprika
  • 1 tspground turmeric powder
  • 2 tbspketchup
  • 1 candiced tomatoes fifteen ounces
  • 2 tspchopped cilantro optional
  • 1 tspground black pepper
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala
  • 4whole wheat pita bread cut in half toasted
  • 1/4 cupolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan add onions

    Add carrots and spices

    Stir in well mix spices throughout the dish

    Add tomatoes and ketchup

    Stir well let cook for a bit add hotdogs stir well cover remove from heat let hotdogs soak in the flavors
