2 tbspminced garlic
1 1/2 cupcarrots cut like matchsticks
1 1/2 cuponions
1 tspsmoked paprika
1 tspground turmeric powder
2 tbspketchup
1 candiced tomatoes fifteen ounces
2 tspchopped cilantro optional
1 tspground black pepper
1/4 tspgaram masala
4whole wheat pita bread cut in half toasted
1/4 cupolive oil

Heat oil in a pan add onions

Add carrots and spices

Stir in well mix spices throughout the dish

Add tomatoes and ketchup

Stir well let cook for a bit add hotdogs stir well cover remove from heat let hotdogs soak in the flavors

Toast pita bread open and fill with filling enjoy
