Ingredients

  1. 12 ozall beef hot dogs sliced thinly
  2. 1 tbspminced ginger
  3. 2 tbspminced garlic
  4. 1 1/2 cupcarrots cut like matchsticks
  5. 1 1/2 cuponions
  6. 1 tspsmoked paprika
  7. 1 tspground turmeric powder
  8. 2 tbspketchup
  9. 1 candiced tomatoes fifteen ounces
  10. 2 tspchopped cilantro optional
  11. 1 tspground black pepper
  12. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  13. 4whole wheat pita bread cut in half toasted
  14. 1/4 cupolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan add onions

    Stir in well mix spices throughout the dish

    Add tomatoes and ketchup

    Stir well let cook for a bit add hotdogs stir well cover remove from heat let hotdogs soak in the flavors
