Cook suran properly with salt and turmeric.

Now mash it in one bowl while its still hot and add cheese in it with garlic chilli paste, chat masala and pinch of salt. As its still hot make cylinder shape long roll and store it in fridge for 1 hour.

Now make paste of water and cornflour and add red chilli powder in rava.

Now take roll out and cut it into bite size pieces.

Now deep it in cornflour batter and drip excess. Then roll it in rava chilli mixture and deep fry it on high flame. Dont spoon it until it turn golden on one side else it will burst. Garnish it with coriander and just serve it as a snack.
