Ingredients

45 min to 1hr
6 servings
  • 6 pieceschicken
  • 2potatoes
  • Halfan onion
  • Quater of red pepper
  • Salt and pepper for taste
  • 1level tsp of turmeric
  • 1level tsp smoked paprika
  • Quater tsp garlic and herb grind
  • 1 tspchicken spice Robertson
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1tomato
  • 2 tbspthick vegetable soup

Steps

45 min to 1hr
  1. 1

    Heat the oil then add your chicken to brown it add paprika and turmeric on the side facing up.

  2. 2

    Turn and add the chicken spice and garlic and herb on the other side

  3. 3

    Cook until chicken has a beautiful brown colour and all your spice are cooked through. Add your onion and red pepper allow to brown as well

  4. 4

    Stir well at this stage add your potatoes turn your stove to low close the lid to allow the potatoes to cook

  5. 5

    Once potatoes are cooked add your tomato(add a little bit of sugar to it), soup, and salt and pepper stir well. You may add a little bit of water as well at this stage

  6. 6

    Once your tomato has cooked and you have a nice cooked chicken soft potatoes and a nice thick gravy.your dish is ready
