  • 2 tbspFlax seeds -
  • 2 tbspOats -
  • 2 tbspRice flour -
  • Gramflour - 2 tbsp
  • 2 tbspCurd -
  • 2 tbspChopped onion -
  • 1/2 tspChopped green chili -
  • 2 tbspChopped cabbage -
  • Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  • to tasteSalt -
  • Water - as required
  • 2 tbspOil -

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast the flax seeds and oats seperately

  2. 2

    Once cooled blend to make a powder.

  3. 3

    Make a smooth batter with the listed ingredients.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a non stick pan and sptrad the batter

  5. 5

    Lower the heat put some oil over pan cake.

  6. 6

    Flip it when done on one side.

  7. 7

    Serve hot
