  1. 4fingers of unripe plantain
  2. 6medium sized pepper
  3. 1onion
  4. 1 handfulscentleaves
  5. 2tblspn of crayfish
  6. 1 teaspoonCameron pepper
  7. 1/2milk cup of palm oil
  8. to tastesalt
  9. 3 cubesknor maggi
  10. 2 table spoontomato stew

  1. 1

    Peel, wash and slice into bits the plantain.

  2. 2

    Put a cup of water in a pot and allow to heat for 10mins..

  3. 3

    Add your palm oil, pepper, Maggi, salt and other ingredients apart from the vegetable

  4. 4

    Add your plantain and allow for 20minutes to cook

  5. 5

    Sprinkle your sliced scentleaves. Stir

  6. 6

    Your porridge plantain is ready
