  1. 2 lbground beef
  2. 1 packagesbacon
  3. 1/2 cupsriracha
  4. 1/3 cupsambal olek (sriracha style chili paste)
  5. 1egg
  6. 1 cupbreadcrumbs
  7. 3/4 ozbasil; chiffonade
  8. 1 tbspground coriander seed
  9. 2 packagesdried onion soup mix
  10. 6 clovegarlic; minced
  11. 6roasted red bell peppers; medium dice
  12. 1fennel bulb; minced
  13. 4stalks celery; small dice
  14. 6stalks asparagus; small dice
  15. 2 bunchscallions; medium dice
  16. 1vegetable oil; as needed

  1. 1

    Sweat fennel, celery, and asparagus in vegetable oil until nearly translucent. Add garlic and bell peppers. Sweat until fragrant. Cool rapidly in fridge.

  2. 2

    Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. Bake at 350° for approximately one hour or until thermometer reaches 155°
