Ingredients

45minutes
3 servings
  • 250 gchopped goat meat
  • 1chopped onion
  • 2small carrots chopped
  • 3mediumsized tomatoes chopped
  • 50 mlcooking oil
  • 1/3 tspsalt
  • 1beef cube
  • 1 tspparsley leaves
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tsppaprika
  • 3/4 tsproyco
  • 3 clovesgarlic grated

Steps

45minutes
  1. 1

    Wash meat and place a sufuria. Add 1 cup water and salt

  2. 2

    Boil for 15minutes and until the water is finished.

  3. 3

    Add garlic and onions and cooking oil. Stir for a minute

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes and cover for a minute then uncover and add carrots

  5. 5

    Stir and add black pepper, paprika royco and beef cube

  6. 6

    Add 1cup water and cover for 5minutes then serve.
