Steps

Mix wheat flour, besan and salt. Make loose dough with the help of water.

Take 1/4 dough and make round plaid(loi), Grease the hands with ghee and spread this loi in round shape to make roti (little bit thick)

Keep this roti on tava and roast it on low flame and then on direct flame, just like simple roti,.
- 4
Spread ghee on roti and serve with daal,sabji and chutney.
