This is my debut post on cake. After a few attempted fails, I have discovered the secret to a successful bake is measuring the ingredients to the right ratios. I am looking forward to a few more trials soon.

This is my debut post on cake. After a few attempted fails, I have discovered the secret to a successful bake is measuring the ingredients to the right ratios. I am looking forward to a few more trials soon.
Steps

Measure all your ingredients and keep them ready to use.

Mix all dry ingredients. Flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Whisk well with a hand mixer.

Add melted margarine and whisk well untill all margarine mixes with flour.

Add the eggs and continue whisking. Then add milk and vanilla essence and give it a final whisk.

Spread margarine on baking tray and dust with flour this helps the cake to avoid sticking.

Pour your batter and tap the baking tray to level it.

Preheat oven at 180 degrees celcius for 5 minutes.

Bake the cake for 30 to 35 minutes.

Remove from oven let it cool before serving.

Enjoy with your favourite drink.
