Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour dough
  2. Amul butter
  3. Salt according to need
  4. 4boil potato
  5. 1/4tspnRed chilli  powder
  6. 1/4tspnChat Masala
  7. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  8. 1 pinchhing
  9. 2 tsp fresh Coriander leave chopped
  10. 2green chill chopped
  11. 1 tsp Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Potato ko peel karein then great ya mashed karein then add spices  (hing, Dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, salt, chat masala, chill chopped,  Dhaniya chopped  mix it well then 10 min ko fridge me cool hone ke liye rakh de

    .  flour  ke dough ko  fridge me rest krne rakhe then fridge se nikal ke ek baar ache se Mal le..

      gas par tava gram karein ne rakhe  

  4. 4

    Ab dough se loi le then dry flour lagake choti loi bel le then oil lagayeinallu  ki feeling bhar  ke again loi banayein then dry  flour lagake again corner se press krte huye parantha bel le....

     Pani lagale aur hara Dhaniya lgaye

  6. 6

    Kapde ha tandoori  vala takiya banayein

  7. 7

      Tava ache se gram karein ab tave ka temperature  check krne ko pani ki kuch chike  dale  agar pani ki drop moti ban ke khatam ho rhi hai to perfect time hai paranthe ko tave par daal ne ka

    . Kapde se Dhaniya vali  paranthe ki side tave par chip kaye and halka  halka press karein   .. then tave  ko ulta kar ke   slow gas par sek le   .   Ache se..

     Butter lagayeinache se then curd ke sath serve....
