Ingredients

  1. 1/2moong dal
  2. 2 table spoonurad dal
  3. 2 pinchhing
  4. 1/2table turmaric powder
  5. 1/2 table spoonred chilli powder
  6. 1/2jeera
  7. 1/2 table spoondhaniya powder
  8. 1 pinchgaram masala
  9. Salt as par test
  10. Oil for deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Sab se pehle moong dal urad dal ko whole night soaked in water and drain water dal ko Grander se pees kar paste bana le or achhe se fat (wiped) kar ek smooth better tayar kar le

  2. 2

    Ab aap gas par kadai rakh kar garamkare oil dal kar garamor spoon ki help se ya apne hatho se choti choti pakodi dal kar fry karein golden hone tak

  3. 3

    Ab aap dusri kadai gas par garamkar little oil dal kar jeera hing turmaric red chilli dhaniya powder dal kar fry karein or water dal kar salt add kar boil karein

  4. 4

    Boil aane par pakodi dal kar lid se dhakh kar 5 minute cook karo beech beech mein check kar le pakodi soft ho jaye to garammasala dal kar mix karein

  5. 5

    Note aap water kam ya jada kar sakte hai aap garmagarm chapati ke sath serve karein lijiye ready to eat moong dal pakodi sabji very simple and tasty
