Ingredients

Relative
  • Rice
  • Oil
  • Hotdogs, Shrimps, Liver (if you like it. I don't add it.)
  • Curry
  • Thyme
  • Onions
  • Ata Rodo (Scotch bonnet)
  • Chef Stone’s secret spice

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil your rice till al-dante. (This means it’s still hard but it’s almost done.)

  2. 2

    Chop your ingredients - hotdogs, shrimps, scotch bonnet up and add your mixed veg to hot oil. Leave on medium heat.

  3. 3

    Season your mix. Taste to make sure you don’t over add anything.

  4. 4

    On hot oil, put in your sliced onions.

  5. 5

    Add your rice and begin to fry your rice. Make sure your rice is dry, with no water remnants.

  6. 6

    Fry your rice till it’s dry-ish and there’s steam coming from it.

  7. 7

    (Use a non stick pot. Using anything else will ruin your rice.)

  8. 8

    When your rice is giving off good enough steam, add your curry and a dash of thyme. Turn together.

  9. 9

    When your rice has the rich greenish colour you like, add your condements.

  10. 10

    Stir.

  11. 11

    Leave to simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.

  12. 12

    Voila!
