  • 1 lb93/7 Ground Beef
  • 1 canBush's Chili Pinto Beans with sauce
  • 1 canBlack beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 28 ozDiced, canned tomatoes with juice
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 3jalepenos, diced
  • 1red fresno pepper, diced
  • Spices
  • 1 tspground thyme
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tbspsalt, or to taste
  • 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 3 tbspchili powder
  • 1 tspground cumin
  • 1/4 tspcayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tspCajun seasoning

Steps

    Brown beef in olive oil in a large pot

    Add all spices and stir

  3. 3

    Add prepared onions and peppers, stir

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes and beans. Stir well and cover.

    Let simmer 40-60 minutes
