First wash and cut mangoes in small pieces then pressure cook it with methi seeds and little water till one whistle after one whistle switch off the gas.

Now drain it in a strainer and keep it aside.

Now heat oil in kadahi.

Put cumin seeds in oil and hing and let it spullter.

Crush garlic into big And small pieces.

Now add crushed garlic And roast it till light pink in colour.

Now take water in a bowl add all spices and mix well. Except sugar

Add this water in kadahi And roast it for some time.

Now add mango methi mixture and sugar.

Put the lid on kadahi And cook it on low flame till it leaves the oil or the mixture becomes little messy.

Check it in between. Enjoy it with Roti paratha or rice.

It will remain fresh fr 4-5days out side the fridge and 1month inside the fridge.

This is the best thing for travelling.

You can add sugar according to your taste or it depends on the sourness of mangoes.
