Spread a decent layer of cream cheese onto cracker. Not too thin- you don't want to be able to see through it. But not too thick- it shouldn't be thicker than the cracker itself.

Spread a layer of raspberry jelly on top of the cream cheese. Raspberry is the recommended jelly flavor; however, any desirable flavor may used!
