Ingredients

  1. 2 cupkimchi
  2. 2 cupseafood stock or any stock
  3. 3 clovedice garlic
  4. 2 tbspvegetable oil or sesame oil
  5. SEAFOOD OPTION
  6. 3 cupmix baby scallop ,clams, mussel, squid and shrimp
  7. GARNISH OPTION
  8. 1 cupspring onion or scallion
  9. 4 smallbird eye chilli or red chili pepper
  10. 2 clovedice garlic
  11. SPICY PASTE OPTION 01
  12. 2 tbspkorean red pepper paste with 1 tsp of korean red chili pepper
  13. SPICY PASTE OPTION 2
  14. 1 tbspperi peri chili sauce
  15. 1/2 tspfine chili pepper
  16. 1cube of chinese red fermented bean curd

Steps

  1. 1

    With oil Saute garlic with kimchi for 2 minute then add mix seafood

    Add stock and bringbit to a boil with lid cover

  3. 3

    Add spicy paste and mix well and let it simmer for another 5 minute

    Off heat and top with garnish and serve immediately
