Heat oil and add garlic and ginger first and saute it well.

Now add green beans, cauliflour and carrot as it takes little more time to cook.

When vegetables look nice golden add remaining vegetables and tomato puree and vegetable cook in it for 1 min.

Now add salt and shezuan sauce and mix it well and add rice. Now mix it nicely top to bottom and let it get cook for 3-4 mins. And then serve it
