Beat the pork chop to make thin and then place on the grill

Slice mushrooms

Place mushrooms in a pan with the water and bring to the boil. Boil for 1 min

Remove mushrooms from the heat. Add the paprika salt instant gravy and bitter. Stir until butter melts and the consistency is very thick.add more instant gravy if required

Layer the toast with the pork chop

Add the cheese on top

Pour the mushroom gravy over the top and enjoy
