this takes me back to when i was a child, an old recipe my grandma made. A pie with out a shell.
Steps

combine water and cornstarch,mix well in a cup, in a bowl beat 2 eggs very well, pour cornstarch mixture into eggs and mix together well, pour pineapple, sugar and vanilla extract mix into eggs mixture well.

useing a 8" pie dish, lightly greased, pour pineapple mixture into the dish, dot with butter, sprinkle ground cinnamon.

preheat oven at 350°F bake on 350°F, in a 8" pie dish, lightly greased , bake for 1hour and 10 minutes. take out of oven to cool, let this pie cool for 4 hours to set and cool.

then cut and ready to be served. enjoy this !!!!!!!!
