Ingredients

  1. 1Fettucini
  2. 1 bunchSpinach
  3. 1 canStewed tomatoes
  4. 1 cupParmesean
  5. 1 cupBlue cheese(Danish creamy)
  6. 1 tspGround black pepper
  7. 1 tspSea salt
  8. 1 cupMaple bacon (cooked and chopped)
  9. 1 cupDiced and cooked chicken
  10. 2 cupMilk
  11. 1 cupFlour

Steps

  1. 1

    Cooked noodles until al Dente

  2. 2

    Set aside

  3. 3

    Melt butter in saucepan and add flour whisking constantly

  4. 4

    Add garlic ,milk ,salt and pepper while whisking

  5. 5

    When sauce thickens add bacon, spinach, stewed tomatoes while still stirring if sauce gets too thick add more milk until desired consistency

  6. 6

    Add cheeses and turn down to simmer

  7. 7

    Toss pasta in sauce and garnish with more Parmesan and parsley ,

  8. 8

    Enjoy with garlic cheese bread or California bruchetta
