  • 1 lbAmerican Buffalo
  • 1 lbground chuck
  • 1 lbpan sausage, I used Odems Tennessee Pride
  • 29 oztomatoe puree
  • 12 oztomato paste
  • 2/3 cupsugar
  • 1/4 cupbalsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbspyellow prepared mustard
  • 1 tspsalt more or less to taste
  • 1 tbspheaping minced garlic
  • 1 tspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1 tspground black pepper
  • 1 tbspmolasses

Steps

  1. 1

    in a deep pan add the meat and onions brown add puree and spice add the ingredients mix well let simmer fot about 20 minutes
