  1. 240 gramsplain flour
  2. 2 tspbaking powder
  3. 113 gramsheavy cream+ semi skimmed milk
  4. 4 ozmargarine/butter substitute spread

    Cut butter into dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Add cream and milk

  3. 3

    Bake @200°c for 10 mins. Take from oven and turn over for another 5 mins.
