Ingredients

18 servings
  • 1 lbzipper peas
  • 1 lbconch peas
  • 1 lbcabbage peas ( Bush White Acre Peas )
  • 1 quartwater
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1/4 lbbacon
  • 1 1/2 tspvinegar hot pepper sauce ( optional )

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all ingredients except hot sauce in a pot bring to boil.

  2. 2

    After boilig for 30 minutes simmer for 20 minutes taste if not done simmer till done .

  3. 3

    Add hot sauce to taste serve hope you enjoy!
