Steps

Cut the carrot unto round pieces and boil in salty water with the Brussels sprouts.

Add celery leaves (non cut in order to remove them later) but keep the thick tails of the greens.

When the sprouts and carrot become softer, add the cut tails and leave for 3-4 minutes.

Take out everything from water and throw away the leaves.
- 5
To the mass add oil, soy sauce and lemon juice. Move to fridge, it's a salad ;)
