Cut the avacado in half, removing the pit. Spoon out a little room for the egg later.

Add to the avacado a pinch of salt, pepper, and some chopped cilantro.

With the avacado ready, place it in an oven worthy pan. Place an egg in the avacado, softly. Add chopped olives to the border of the egg. Add a pinch of paprika to the top.

Place the combination in he oven at 220°F for 8-10 minutes until the egg is at your desired consistency.

When its finished add a spoonful of sour cream to the top. Lay the chopped parsley on the dish and you're ready to serve.
