Heat the oil in a pan and cook half fry the eggs one by one.

Now add remaining oil in the same pan add cumin as they splutter, saute the ginger, garlic paste. fry the onion paste till it becomes golden brown.

Add dry spices stir two minutes, add sliced tomatoes, mix and cook for 5 minutes. add puree, sugar, fenugreek powder and 1 glass of water, boil the gravy for 5 minutes. add eggs carefully cook for 5 minute more, switch off the gas.

Add garam masala, before serving garnish with coriander and serve hot with steamed rice.
