Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprawrice
  2. 3 cupscoconut milk
  3. to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Soak rice over night or for 8 hrs

    Blend the rice into smooth paste adding coconut milk

  3. 3

    Let the batter consistency be liquid

  4. 4

    Add salt to taste

  5. 5

    Now take a tawa and spread the batter,,,cook till done both the sides

  6. 6

    Serve with peanut chutney or curry
