  • 1Tomato
  • 3garlic cloves
  • 1 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  • 1ground black pepper
  • 1bread
  • tbspbutter
  • sea salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Diagonally cut the bread

  2. 2

    Butter each slices gently

  3. 3

    Dice the tomato and finely chopped or slice garlic ( I did both)

  4. 4

    Mix tomato and garlic with olive oil

  5. 5

    Layer the bruschetta over each slices

  6. 6

    Crack some ground black pepper and sprinkle sea salt as per taste
