Wokked Andive with mushrooms
This is my first attempt of putting one of my dishes up here, hope you'll like it :)
One day i wanted to cook a certain dish, but lacked the meat and since the stores were closed, i decided to improvise and came up with this (vegetarian) dish.
If you'd like to, you can also replace the tofu with pork or chicken.,
Wokked Andive with mushrooms

Rinse the endive and cut into slices

Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices
- 3
Clean, remove the seeds and then cut the bell peppers into cubes

(if you use tofu) cut the tofu into cubes
- 5
Peel the garlic and chop fine
- 6
Cut the spring onions into rings
- 7
Put some oil into the wok and add and wok the garlic
- 8
add the tofu and mushrooms and bake till they start to change color
- 9
Add the bell pepper and spring onion and bake for about 5 minutes. At the end add the endive and wok until the endive is about to get weak.

Season with salt, pepper and mint to your taste.
