Ingredients

  1. 1whole wheat tortillas
  2. 1refried beans, 2 tablespoons per tortilla
  3. 1grated chedder cheese about 1 tbls
  4. 1top with lettuce or kale, tomato, avocado
  5. 1add your favorite salsa

Steps

    Heat oven to 400°, spray cooking spray on to whole wheat tortilla and bake until crispy about 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Heat refried beans and spread on top of tortilla, top with cheese.

  4. 4

    Add lettuce or kale, chopped tomato & avocado add salsa. Enjoy !!
