  2. 1 clovegarlic
  3. 2 tbsplight soy sauce
  4. 3/4 tbspoil
  5. SIMPLE CHILI SAUCE
  6. 2fresh red chili deseed if dont want too spicy
  7. 5 smallshallot
  8. 5 smallgarlic
  9. 1thumb size ginger
  10. 1/2 tspsugar
  11. 1/2 tspsalt

  1. 1

    put all ingredient into pounder and pound to fine paste set aside

    in pan with oil saute garlic then add 1 tbsp of chili sauce with 2 tbsp of light soy sauce

    immediately put cucumber and mix well and off heat and serve
