  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 2 tbsplight soy sauce
  • 3/4 tbspoil
  • SIMPLE CHILI SAUCE
  • 2fresh red chili deseed if dont want too spicy
  • 5 smallshallot
  • 5 smallgarlic
  • 1thumb size ginger
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1/2 tspsalt

  1. 1

    put all ingredient into pounder and pound to fine paste set aside

    in pan with oil saute garlic then add 1 tbsp of chili sauce with 2 tbsp of light soy sauce
